Day eight of our Twelve Days of Christmas unit brings us to eight maids a-milking. Eight maids represents the eight beatitudes.
J colored her coloring sheet. This one she had fun with and made a funky cow picture.
Kaleb worked on his bag book.
J colored a cute sheet I found that explained the beatitudes. Kaleb colored one to add to his bag book pocket.
Kaleb worked on his ornament - a yarn wrapped cow. He decided he wanted a red cow with red felt spots.
Kaleb's finished projects for the 8th day - his cow ornament, the bag book pages, coloring sheet, and beatitudes coloring sheet (cut up to fit into his pocket).
J's finished projects - the beatitudes coloring page, the coloring sheet, the beatitudes mini bee book for her lap book, and her cow ornament.
These turned out cute. I gave J the option of making a milk can ornament or a cow - she wanted the cow and it turned out super cute. I love that she wanted to sew her ornaments. I had her sew the ones I could find although we did have a few that she had to make. But they all turned out cute so far:) See you soon.
