Lesson 23 in Telling God's Story Book 1 is Jesus' Life is in Danger. It talks about how Joseph had a dream telling him to take his family and flee into Egypt.
J colored the sheet that came with the lesson.
We played the Fleeing into Egypt game several times.
J worked on her Fleeing into Egypt comic strip. This lesson was relatively short and because of computer issues, I didn't supplement like I normally would have liked. You could do a mini lesson on Egypt and talk about what they saw or did while living there. You could make a map of their travels. I wish I did more for this lesson. Oh, well, maybe next time.
